Work program and budget management across licenses

A standardized digital solution for managing the preparation, submission and approval of work programs and budgets in accordance with the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA).

Aligned with Article 12 of the JOA, the service supports operator-driven proposals and structured review and approval by licensees through the Management Committee process, including authorization for expenditure (AFE).

Combining standardized datasets, digital tools and defined processes, the solution establishes a shared way of working that improves collaboration, transparency and traceability across license partners.
