Basic services

Costs are divided between participating operators with lisences they operate on the basis of gross active lisences on the NCS at January each year, as specified in the NPD’s Fact Pages http://factpages.npd.no. For example, 40 per participation in a license gives a factor of 1. Costs are invoiced annually, without reallocation.

Collaborative arena outside ordinary activities

Non-basic services

Digital services, where participating companies collaborate on solutions where Offshore Norge is responsible for the operating on their behalf, governed by a reference group. The budgetary and funding model is specifically determined on the basis of rules agreed in more detail by the operating companies.

Not-in-budget

Joint solutions for delivering services, where the costs are covered by participating companies and/or from the sale of services to external buyers (not-in-budget).
